Established in 2022, NCUBEC is devoted to effectively executing the BEST program by the Ministry of Education. Collaborating closely with the Key Cultivation Colleges in BEST, NCUBEC strives to integrate the administrative support and teaching resources school-wide. Through creating a bilingual immersion environment, our Center aims at further fostering students’ abilities in autonomous learning and strengthening their global competitiveness, in order to meet the mission of the Bilingual 2030 Policy.
